 DGP's Online Grievance Redressal Program will be held on July 7, 15 and 23

Sri Anil Kant, State Police Chief, will hold an online grievance redressal program on July 7, 15 and 23 to resolve the grievances of Police officers.

Complaints of Police officers in Kozhikode City and Kozhikode Rural districts will be considered on July 7. Last date for receipt of complaints is June 14. Complaints of Police officers of MSP, RRRF, IRB, SISF and Women Police Battalions will be heard on July 15. Last date for receipt of complaints is June 18. Complaints of Police officers in Thiruvananthapuram City and Thiruvananthapuram Rural districts will be considered on July 23. Last date for receipt of complaints is June 25.  Complaints should be sent to the email id spctalks.pol@kerala.gov.in. Mobile number should also be included in the complaint.

The program, called "SPC Talk with Cops", deals with service-related and personal complaints of in-service and retired Police officers. These can be resolved by bringing the matter directly to the notice of the State Police Chief.  Salient feature of this program is that the Police officers can lodge a complaint directly to the State Police Chief.  Spouses of Police officers can also file a complaint.
