cOcOn - International Cyber Security Conference
c0c0n, previously known as Cyber Safe, is an annual event conducted as part of the International Information Security Day c0c0n annual conferences started in 2008, as an initiative of Kerala Police in collaboration with Information Security Research Organization (ISRA). The themes of c0c0n keep changing every year. Some of the major themes in the previous years covered areas like - tackling cyber terror, ethical hacking, free tools for cyber investigation, etc.
C0c0n 2019 was held on 27th and 28th of September, 2019. The major themes included areas like – Artificial intelligence, Security compliance, Passwordless economy, Embedded systems, Securing payment data, Routing protocols for enhanced anonymity, Tackling fake news, Threat hunting, Statistical correlations in tracking adversaries, Third party risk management, Cloud security, Block chain technology, etc.
Kid Glove 2019:
Kid Glove is an initiative by Kerala Police along with ISRA (Information Security Research Association) to create awareness among teachers, parents and children. Kid Glove was launched in 2015 as part of c0c0n - International Information Security & Hacking Conference held annually. It focuses on online child protection workshops for parents, teachers and organizations to orient them towards the various cyber threats to children. Kid Glove can help an organization in
